Employer’s Risk Management and Compliance Check

 
In today’s business environment, employers are faced with an avalanche of frequently changing and confusing federally mandated employment rules and standards.  York International provides a platform of services designed to address these issues by offering seminars, workshops, one-on-one audits and monthly newsletters to keep business owners and managers up to date regarding changes that directly impact their companies. 
 
Our goal is to keep your corporation’s key people abreast of changes to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).  In addition, we will review compliance with anti-discrimination and anti-harassment procedures based on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Title VII of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
